Job Title: Ag and Commercial Lenders

Locations: Bluffton

Position Summary

  • Develop and grow the Ag and/or Commercial portfolios by contacting prospects, networking, and building relationships.
  • Provide service to the existing portfolio.
  • Interview prospects, accept detailed loan application, analyze and evaluate financial status and credit, provide financial consulting, explain loan requirements, and close loans.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, agri-business, or a related field; two to five years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  General knowledge of agriculture and farming technologies is required for an Ag Lender position. 

Qualifications
This position requires an individual with good organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.  The individual must be self-motivated, tactful, possess good judgment, have the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions.

Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Position Summary

  • Responsible for the resolution of all Help Desk requests while providing exceptional service to employees.

Education and/or Experience
Associates or Bachelor's degree in computer technology or a related field or 2 years equivalent work experience. 

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Dell desktops/laptops, Dell Servers, HP printers, and Apple devices.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and time management skills.

Job Title: CRA Specialist

Locations: Berne

Position Summary

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program to ensure the needs of the community are met and the bank complies with the requirements of the act.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study or equivalent education/experience.  Previous lending or compliance experience preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Responsible for analyzing business financial statements and tax returns, preparing loan presentations, and preparing loan documents for business non-mortgage loans.

Position Summary

  • Ensure that accounts in default or facing imminent default are guided to the appropriate workout solutions in alignment with company guidelines.    

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related major with three years’ experience in commercial loan workout and credit or equivalent education/experience.

  • Ability to understand and analyze information.

Job Title:  Credit Department Manager

Position Summary

  • Responsible for directing and managing credit department functions.     

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent education/experience.  Three to five years bank experience in a loan department preferred. 

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. 

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of cash flow; specifically UCA cash flow analysis.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess strong understanding of accounting and financial statement ratio analysis.
