Job Title Branch Manager – Berne Branch

Position Summary

  • Responsible for the leadership, administration and efficient operation of the branch.  Coordinate and execute branch goals.  Establish new as well as maintain existing customer relationships. 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; two to four years bank management experience or equivalent education and experience. 

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. 

  • Knowledge of general banking principles and operations. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, management, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Possess sound judgment with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to coach and motivate staff to meet goals and objectives and to provide exceptional customer service. 

Job Title:  Mortgage Loan Originator
Location:  Wells and Jay Counties

Position Summary

  • Originate high quality mortgage loans by interviewing applicants and examining, evaluating and authorizing or recommending approval of consumer mortgage loan applications.  Develop deposit relationships.   

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and one to two years’ experience/and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Able to understand complex products.
  • The individual must be self-motivated, tactful, possess good judgment, have the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the ability to follow instructions.

  • High School graduate with four to six months teller experience or equivalent customer service/cash handling experience.

  • Ability to be tactful and patient.
  • Exercise sound judgment with good decision making skills.

Job Title:          Loan Origination Systems Administrator
Location:          Operations Center

Position Summary

  • Responsible for the performance of loan origination systems for the benefit of employees and customers.    

 
Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years loan origination/ processing related experience and prior use of Encompass or similar loan origination software or an equivalent of education/experience.
  • Familiarity with lean process improvement methodologies beneficial but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
