Branch Manager - Berne Branch | Controller | Call Center Agent

Job Title Branch Manager – Berne Branch

Position Summary

  • Responsible for the leadership, administration and efficient operation of the branch.  Coordinate and execute branch goals.  Establish new as well as maintain existing customer relationships. 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; two to four years bank management experience or equivalent education and experience. 

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. 

  • Knowledge of general banking principles and operations. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, management, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Possess sound judgment with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to coach and motivate staff to meet goals and objectives and to provide exceptional customer service. 

Job Title:  Controller
Location:  Operations Center – Berne IN

Summary

  • Responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely recordkeeping of all bank and bank holding company accounting activities.  

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2–5 years prior bank experience.
  • CPA licensing preferred.  
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience considered.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.

Position Summary

  • Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all external and internal customers in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

  Education and/or Experience

  • High school graduate with six to twelve months bank customer service experience preferred.
