Location: Berne

Position Summary
Responsible for overall loan operations management and oversight of the mortgage, consumer and commercial loan support staff.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree in business or a related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in loan operations or equivalent combination of experience/education in loan operations. Extensive background in financial institution operating policies, procedures, and regulations preferred.

Qualifications
Strong communication, organizational, and management skills. Ability to prioritize work and projects as well as handle multiple tasks and solve problems in a timely manner. Comprehensive understanding of loan documentation.
