First Bank of Berne Promotes Penrod

Berne,
IN - First Bank of Berne President, Charles Isch, is proud to announce
that bank controller Travis Penrod was recently promoted to officer
status. Travis began working at First Bank of Berne in September of
2005. Prior to that, he gained three years of experience working as an
Audit Staff Accountant with BKD, LLP in Fort Wayne. He received a
Bachelor's of Science Degree from Manchester College in May of 2001, and
earned a Masters of Accountancy from Manchester in May of 2002.
Travis is a Board Member for St. Paul's County Line Church Child Care Ministry and Director of Huntington County Church Softball League. Travis and wife Laura reside in Huntington, Indiana and are active members of the St. Paul's County Line Church.
