Bluffton, Ind. – First Bank of Berne donated $1,000 to the Bluffton Fire Department. The Bluffton Fire Department bravely serves the City of Bluffton, also Harrison and Lancaster Townships. They strive to minimize loss of life and property through emergency service delivery, public education, and community service. The money donated to The Bluffton Fire Department will allow them to purchase new and updated equipment to continue servicing our community.

Bluffton Fire Department recently assisted First Bank of Berne’s Bluffton Branch in facilitating hands-on extinguisher training. This training will equip the employees of the Bluffton Branch to quickly and accurately respond to a fire emergency. Safety Training is available, at no cost, for your workplace, church, club, residence, or other establishments.
