Brent Hickman is an active member of the community with a background in farming and animal husbandry. Brent is a graduate of Eastern High School and Purdue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in animal agribusiness. Brent is involved in multiple community organizations and currently serves as the third Vice President of the Greentown Lions Club, Co-Chairman of the Howard County 4-H Fair Board Auction Committee, and as a member of the Howard County Farm Bureau Board.

Brent grew up on a grain farm near Greentown, Indiana and was a ten-year 4-H member exhibiting beef and swine. He is happy to have found a career in agribusiness that keeps him close to his agricultural roots. Brent enjoys seeing his customers and their families at community events, and loves helping people grow their businesses. He’s a perfect fit for First Bank of Berne’s team culture and commitment to farming values.
