DUNKIRK, IN — First Bank of Berne proudly presented a donation to support Dunkirk Glass Days, a beloved annual event celebrating the City of Dunkirk’s rich glass-making history and vibrant local community.
Tracy Carpenter, Branch Manager at First Bank of Berne, joined Dunkirk Glass Days Board Members Jenn Collins, Kyle Holt, Afton Ridgway, and Rose Morgan for the presentation. The donation will help fund the much-anticipated one-day celebration scheduled for August 16th, which will feature local business booths, games for kids, a cornhole tournament, a classic car show, food vendors, a golf cart parade, and glass artisan demonstrations. The festivities will conclude with an evening performance by Cook and Belle on the main stage.
“We are honored to support Dunkirk Glass Days and celebrate the spirit and history that make our community so special,” said Carpenter. “First Bank of Berne is committed to giving back to the communities we serve, and events like this bring our residents together and showcase the best of what Dunkirk has to offer.”
