April 28, 2026

Berne, IN. — First Bank of Berne donates to the Boys & Girls Club of Adams County to help advance its mission of creating a safe, supervised environment where youth can learn, grow, and thrive. This involvement helps strengthen programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people throughout the community.

The Boys & Girls Club of Adams County offers caring mentorship, academic support, and recreational activities designed to empower young people and help them reach their full potential. Through structured programming and positive role models, the organization creates opportunities for youth to build confidence, develop essential life skills, and succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

This donation from First Bank of Berne will help the Boys & Girls Club of Adams County continue offering high-quality programming and resources for local youth. The support will assist with program development, educational activities, and the overall operations needed to maintain a safe and engaging space for children and teens throughout the community.

Representing the Boys & Girls Club of Adams County at the check presentation was Heath Moser, CEO. Representing First Bank of Berne were Kaitlyn Roby, Berne Branch Manager and Jessica Zuercher., Decatur Branch Manager.

“We are honored to support the Boys & Girls Club of Adams County and the positive impact they have on our community’s youth,” said Kaitlyn Roby, Berne Branch Manager. “Their commitment to providing mentorship, learning opportunities, and a safe place for kids to grow aligns closely with our values at First Bank of Berne.”
