Back a 4-Her is a work readiness event designed to help youth practice networking and other work readiness skills. Employers, community leade4rs and individuals will meet tomorrow's leaders and workforce to help our youth develop critical skills such as communication and relationship building.

One of the largest expectations of the program is to complete a community project. The 17 members of Leadership Van Wert County Class of 2023 have decided to dedicate their time and efforts to reconstructing the Jr. Fair Horse Arena Fence at the Van Wert County Fairgrounds. They plan to volunteer their time to do so, and the fence will be completed before the 2023 Fair.
