Community Care of Wells County is an organization that focuses on helping families thrive. The Connecting Center assists families in crisis connect to community resources to help them enter into a safe and stable lifestyle. Grace and Mercy Transitional Housing assists women and children with dependable residential housing for those displaced. Change-Up Thrift provides clothing, furniture, and household goods for families in need and items for retail sales. The Mission of Community Care of Wells County is to offer practical, emotional, and spiritual support to women, men, and children of Wells County who are seeking assistance with difficulties in their daily lives.
First Bank of Berne’s $500 donation will go towards supporting the needs of the community members that Community Care of Wells County is helping.
Community Care has a heart for helping those in need. If you would like to help support them, monetary donations can be mailed to, PO Box 271 Bluffton. Food Cleaning and personal hygiene donations can be dropped off at their Grace and Mercy location, 112 N Marion St, Bluffton. They also accept any items, except TVs, at their thrift store.
