First Bank of Berne is pleased to announce the appointment of Erica Bennett as the new Bluffton Branch Manager.

Erica comes to First Bank of Berne with 8 ½ years of banking experience, including four years in a management position. Her biggest accomplishment has been helping her team members grow, and being able to offer exceptional customer service and financial advice. Erica has completed the Certified Branch Management Series through Indiana Bankers Association.

Erica is active in both Harvest Time Bible Church and her community by teaching Sunday school classes and serving on the Wells County Junior Achievement Board. Her greatest joy is being a wife and mother spending time with family and watching her three children grow.
