Bluffton, IN. — First Bank of Berne is proud to support Family Centered Services (FCS) through a charitable sponsorship of the FCS Duck Race, helping create a free, fun carnival experience for local families while supporting programs that empower them for long-term success.
At Family Centered Services, the mission is rooted in the belief that every child deserves a safe, loving home and every parent deserves support. FCS walks side-by-side with families as they work to create positive change in their lives. The organization offers a wide range of services, including in-home support for new mothers, life skills education, counseling for families experiencing trauma, and programs designed to divert teens from the criminal justice system. Through material, emotional, and educational resources, FCS helps families build stability and thrive.
By sponsoring the FCS Duck Race, First Bank of Berne is helping make the event a completely free community carnival for local families while also supporting vital services that strengthen families well beyond the day of the event. Proceeds from the Duck Race help ensure FCS can continue providing impactful programs that create lasting change throughout the community.
Representing FCS were Becky Ellis, Executive Director and Brandi Brinneman, Race Coordinator. Representing First Bank of Berne were Kaitlyn Roby, Berne Branch Manager, Gina Hon, Bluffton Branch Manager and Jessica Zuercher, Decatur Branch Manager.
