First Bank of Berne will open its Portland lobby Monday through Friday from noon to 5:00 pm beginning Wednesday, April 7th. Drive thru service only on will continue for Saturdays. First Bank of Berne will open its Berne, Decatur & Bluffton lobbies Monday through Friday from noon to 5:00 pm beginning Thursday, February 18th. Each location will continue to provide drive thru service only on Saturdays. All individuals entering the lobby will need to adhere to social distancing and mask requirements during the duration of their visit. At this time, the remaining First Bank of Berne branches will continue to offer drive thru service only.

All First Bank of Berne branch lobbies will be closed effective Monday, November 23rd and will be transitioned to drive thru service only.

Effective Monday, November, 16th our Decatur lobby will be closed, open by appointment only. The drive-thru will remain open. This is a result of staffing challenges due to quarantine requirements as we want to maintain our cautious approach to employees who have been exposed to individuals testing positive.
