Alive & Well has a goal of Helping Teens Make Healthy Choices. During the 2022-2023 School year Alive & Well worked with over 3,000 fifth through twelfth grade students to teach about anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. The students were taught about their value as human beings, methods of improving their brain health, tips for stress reduction and skills for coping with difficulties. The students are provided with contact information for sources of help.

The funds will be used to help more students this school year.
