The Adams County Run/Walk Challenge gives participants the opportunity to take part in eight races within Adams County. As part of the challenge, runners and walkers are expected to complete five races to receive a prize. The races consist of several community races for many different causes. Local races participants run in are St. Jose HASA Fun RUN, Monroe Lions Club 5k Run/Walk, Hope Run for Missions, Swiss Days Race, Kekionga Greenway Gallop, Dash for Diabetes, Callithumpian Canter and Rainbow Lake 5k.

The money donated to Adams County Run/Walk Challenge will help each of the eight races pay for their timing costs and award. Funds also subsidize the cost for the series awards so that more money can go to the particular cause the race is funding.
